Set in 28 acres of glorious countryside with far reaching views across the valley and yet only a short stroll to the banks of the river Tamar, Rumleigh Farm offers two superbly renovated and comfortable barn conversions.
Yellowhammer sleeps 6/8 is a large barn with space to spread out and relax. Furnished and equipped to a very high standard with 3 bedrooms, one en-suite shower-room, a family bathroom and groundfloor utility room and toilet. The fully equipped kitchen, includes washer, drier and dishwasher. Flat screen TV, DVD, CD & plenty of books, toys and games.
Dragonfly sleeps 2 and is romantic and cosy but with all the amenities mentioned above to ensure you have a home from home.
Both have their own private courtyard to sit and relax in, however if you feel more energetic a stroll around the farm, through the woods and down to the river is right on your doorstep.
The farm house is attached to the end of Yellowhammer but privacy is not an issue as each is secluded.
