Available from May to September Maristow Cottage accommodates 5 adults,
or 4 adults and 2 children. There are 2 double bedrooms, one ensuite, and a family bathroom upstairs, plus a study/bedroom with a single bed and double sleeping loft adjacent toilet and shower downstairs.

There is also a sitting room, split level kitchen, utility room and dining area which opens onto a secluded private garden.

The waterfront setting provides gorgeous views from most rooms. There is public car parking adjacent to the cottage and a small slipway suitable for launching dinghies and canoes at high tide. Bere Ferrers is a friendly village with an excellent pub, part time post office and community shop on Saturdays. There is a well equipped playground, recreation field and tennis court just 5 minutes from the cottage and rail connections via the Tamar Valley Line to Plymouth, Calstock and Gunnislake. The village of Bere Alston 2 miles away has a full range of shops, GP surgery and Pharmacy.
