Berrio Mill Farm Holiday Cottages

Callington, Cornwall

These two holiday cottages are a conversion of an old stone built
shippen in the grounds of Berrio Mill. Berrio Mill nestles in the
peace and tranquillity of the undiscovered Lynher valley. Approached
via a quiet country lane, these cottages have been created for those
who really want to escape from it all.

Our guests have complete access to the fields, footpaths, river,
streams and woodlands of Berrio Mill. Here we have an 8½ acre
smallholding with sheep, chickens and honey bees. Guests are also free
to fish for salmon, sea trout and brown trout along our 600 yard river
bank or just take a picnic and let the herons, kingfishers or otters
do the fishing for you!

Melyn Cottage sleeps up to two people (double) and Gwenyn sleeps up to
four (double & twin bedrooms). Both cottages have a vaulted
ceiling in the living room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining and
lounge areas with a wood burning stove. The double bedrooms have a king size bed and all bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. Melyn has an en suite shower room, with wash basin, shaving point and WC. Gwenyn enjoys separate facilities with bath, shower, basin with shaving point and WC. Both
cottages have front and rear access including French doors which lead
to a private patio with uninterrupted views across the mill leat to
the fields and River Lynher beyond.
