The modern kitchen has electric cooker, fridge, microwave, toaster and all items needed by eight people. The lounge has three sofas, T.V and D.V.D. A spacious sunny timber balcony extends from the lounge allowing alfresco dining. There is one double bedroom and four twins. Bed linen provided, but bring your own towels for bathrooms and kitchen.
The beaches of North and South Cornwall are 45 minutes away, as is the Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan. See www.tamarvalley.org for more local attractions.
The local gastropubs are excellent and takeaways are available at Callington-either Chinese or top notch fish and chips. There is also a bar and restaurant on site if you wish to leave the car and walk.
There is a barbeque for use on the lower patio
No smoking inside house please.
