In the warmer months our Courtyard offers al fresco dining.

The Chefs prepare a varied and lively selection of locally sourced fish, meat and vegetarian dishes. Our philosophy of using local produce and ingredients extends to the still and sparkling water - drawn from the hotel's own well, believed to date back to Roman times. Whether you choose to dine from the innovative menu, eat the best beef in the South West or try the more informal brassiere menu, every dish will be carefully sourced, freshly prepared and bursting with vibrant flavours.

Browns Hotel combines old-style English charms (cosy open hearths, warm oak beams, exposed stonework and slate flags) with sensitive contemporary design. It's a chic, boutique blend of old and new. Along with fine dining we offer exceptional, individual-appointed room accommodation.
