Set high on the cliffs at Whitsand Bay, on the stunning Rame Peninsular in South East Cornwall; The View is modern and vibrant. It's simple style allows the full appreciation of the breathtaking Rame Head views and on a clear day, as far along the Cornish coast as Goonhilly on the Lizard.

The View is the culmination of the dreams of Matt and Rachel Corner. Matt cooked at the highest level for 16 years, being awarded three AA rosettes throughout his time as Head Chef at both Whitechapel Manor in North Devon
and The Well House, Cornwall.

The use of local suppliers and small producers help ensure superb ingredients are utilised. The menu changes daily, with a bias towards fish and seafood in the Spring and Summer, more meat dishes appear as the Autumn leads to Winter. The style is simple & clean with an emphasis on the main ingredient, cooked precisely.

None of our fish is pair trawled and most is landed at Looe Harbour.
