All our fish is bought fresh every morning from Looe market, which is supplied by small day boats operating out of the harbour.
Our stock is obviously very dependant on weather conditions and availability, but we normally have a good selection available, including mackerel, plaice, dover and lemon sole, herring, crab, lobster, sardines, turbot, sea bass, gurnard, john dory, mussels, scallops and salmon.
Oily fish such as mackerel, sardines and herring are now officially recognised as being very good for you, due to their high omega 3 oil content, as well as being delicious and good value for money.
If you require a particular fish please let us know and we will order it in specially for you.
Opening Times
Tuesday to Friday : 8:30am - 5pm
Saturday : 8:30am - 1:30pm
We also have a stall at Tavistock Farmers Market every second and fourth Saturday.
